As a qualified Accounts Technician, I knew I did not want to continue studying to do my Chartered Accountant exams, this was not for me as I preferred hands on work to theory. Provided the quality of work is right, there are still plenty of opportunities to progress within Abac without needing your professional exams. I am evidence of this as I am now the practice manager.
